BSci (Hons), Masters (Cog Psych)



Nav has completed a Masters degree in Cognitive Psychology from University of Otago, New Zealand, prior to relocating to Melbourne. She is a registered provisional psychologist with AHPRA, and is completing her final internship at Brain Matters.


Nav is a warm young clinician, eager to assist those in needs. She has experience in assisting refugees and others in significant need. At Brain Matters, Nav currently provides intakes for psychological assessments. She also provides treatments to neurotypical and neurodiverse clients presenting with anxiety, depression and stress.


Nav works with children and young adults. She uses evidence based practice such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to help clients reach their treatment goals. Nav is available Monday – Friday.
