ABOUT FELISHA
Felisha has completed her training in New Zealand at the University of Canterbury and has worked with individuals across a range of presentations, including mood disorders, eating and body image concerns, and anxiety disorders as well as conducting assessments for ADHD and autism. She has a strong interest in eating disorders and body image concerns, low self-esteem, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and neurodevelopmental assessments. Felisha draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and mindfulness and self-compassion based techniques. Felish embodies a warm, empathetic and compassionate approach to help empower individuals to uncover their strengths, achieve their goals and live meaningful lives. She is passionate about creating a safe space (including neurodivergent and gender-affirming) for individuals from all backgrounds.
Outside of work, Felisha enjoys yoga, cooking, being outdoors, walking, swimming and camping.
