Elizabeth holds a Masters degree in Clinical Neuropsychology, and is a neuropsychology registrar and a registered psychologist with AHPRA.
Elizabeth has a specific interest in brain-related disorders and offers comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and therapeutic support to clients presenting with cognitive concerns or impairment. Elizabeth welcomes individuals of all ages to participate in neuropsychological assessments. Therapeutically, Elizabeth has experience working with adults of all ages, who have presented with lowered confidence, lowered motivation, sleep difficulties, depression, stress, anxiety, and panic attacks.
Elizabeth’s approach is warm and welcoming, and she has a genuine passion for helping others. During intervention, she invites the client to share their story, and works collaboratively with them to establish client-centered goals. To ensure her client is working toward positive outcomes, Elizabeth applies evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
