About Corinna
Corinna is a warm and collaborative Psychologist completing her registrar program in Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about supporting clients to move toward their goals, deepen emotional insight, and improve wellbeing in ways that feel safe, sustainable, and empowering.
Corinna works therapeutically with adolescents and adults, using evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She tailors her approach to each person’s unique strengths, needs, and lived experiences, bringing a neuroaffirming and person‑centred style to all her work.
She has a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and her calm, inclusive presence helps people feel understood, supported, and confident in their therapeutic journey.
Alongside her therapeutic practice, Corinna also provides psychological assessment -including autism, ADHD, and cognitive assessments - ensuring that her recommendations are practical, individualised, and grounded in meaningful understanding of each client.
In her spare time, Corinna enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends, going to pilates, and watching a good movie.
