In her psychological interventions, she uses evidence-based techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). She is also passionate about psychological assessments and providing tailored, practical recommendations. Natalie is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
