Cognitive Assessments

Cognitive assessments help us understand an individual’s unique thinking profile, including their cognitive strengths and areas that may benefit from support. These assessments can also provide insight into whether someone meets criteria for an intellectual developmental disorder.

Cognitive assessments are commonly used for educational planning, school or NDIS funding applications, and to guide personalised supports and interventions that honour each person’s abilities and learning style.

What should I bring?

If the person being assessed uses reading glasses, please remember to bring them along to appointments.
