Veena is a provisionally registered psychologist, currently completing her second year of Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University.

 

Veena is interested in working with clients across the lifespan. In addition to her experience with children and their families, she is also passionate about supporting psychological wellbeing in older adulthood. As part of Veena's training, she also works with young people to explore learning, emotional and behavioural challenges, providing cognitive and educational assessments.

 

In her therapeutic work, Veena values warmth, connection and collaboration, drawing from a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach.

 

Outside of work, Veena enjoys travelling and experimenting with food.
